This cozy house offers a huge back yard, with a shady beach and crystal blue waters as its swimming pool, with a shaded screened porch from where you can view the ocean. This well-equipped two bedroom house sleeps up to six persons and provides you with the beauty and old-world charm of Rincon, in an exclusive and private setting.

  In quaint and friendly Rincon, you can choose from many different activities, or you can just walk out to world-famous Sandy Beach and have a bite at one of the several restaurants within walking distance. You can also spend the day lounging at beach and do absolutely nothing. If you want to refresh yourself with an island concoction and meet people, you can walk to the best beach bars in Rincon.

Rental Rates & Policy

  • $175 per night/$1200 per week.

  A 50% deposit is required (check or money order), payable upon reserving, and refundable up to fifteen days prior to the arrival date.  Each additional person not listed on the reservation record will be charged $50.00 per day. Rates and policy are subject to change. All rates are subject to a 7% mandatory Government Lodging Tax.

Directions & Map

  We are located at Sandy Beach Road, Puntas, in Rincon. To get to Rincon, see our maps and directions page, click here. Once you are in Rincon, take Road 115 to Road 413. When you see Puntas Bakery, take that road down towards the beach. Lorraine Beach House is located between the Tamboo Restaurant and The Red Door house.  Don't hesitate to stop at any store or gas station to ask for directions.
