Casa Margarita is a large and comfortable vacation villa, minutes away from the best beaches in the Caribbean.  Located in beautiful Rincon, Puerto Rico, well-known for its spectacular sunsets and surfing, Casa Margarita offers wonderful views from our wide, breezy terrace. After a day at the beach, light up the grill and jump in the pool, as another day in Paradise turns into a tropical starlight evening.

A short walk from Sea Beach, this spacious and airy villa offers comfort and privacy, steps away from the best Rincon restaurants and beach bars. Our terraces and patio were built for romantic moments. Casa Margarita is fully-furnished and has a fully-equipped kitchen, plus indoor and terrace dining areas.

Accommodations:

• Terraced Vacation Villa with full-size Pool: This spacious villa has three bedrooms (two with queen beds, one with two single beds), two bathrooms, living room, dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, front and rear rear porches. The lower level pool deck includes loungers, a patio table with umbrella and a gas grill. Sleeps up to six persons.

• Rates:

  $225.00 per day (three day minimum).

  $1,200.00 per week.

  $1,500.00 Thanksgiving, Christmas & President's Day weeks: 

  Monthly rates available upon request.

You'll get a confirmation code (required) by email or phone.

Minimum stay is three nights. A 50% deposit is required (we accept checks or money orders) payable upon reserving. Each additional person not listed on the reservation record will be charged $50.00 per day. Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance. Monthly rates are available and can be provided upon request. No pets or smoking inside house. Remainder of policies are stipulated in rental agreement. Rates and policies are subject to change.
